Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ghost Guard purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and include all original components and packaging. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and/or video clearly showing the damage. We may require the damaged item to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
